TheReconGroup.com is not an online marketplace such as e-commerce website.
All transactions are completed over the phone or in person.

Use of TheReconGroup.com system:
To view our current offers and inventory you must become a Private Marketplace member.

Upon registration we will require your business name, address and the contact information for the merchandizing officer. After you complete the registration form your application will be submitted to one of our representatives for approval.

• If the information on the application is sufficient you will get an email notification with your newly generated temporary password that can be changed once you log in to the TheReconGroup.com website.
• In case our agent discovers discrepancies in your application form you will be notified via the email address that you provided on your application, requesting additional information.

As a member you will have an option to submit your inquiry online by clicking on the "Request more information about this lot" or "Request more information about the selected lot(s)" button. After the inquiry is submitted you will receive a phone call or an email from our agent(s) outlining the details about the lot, terms of sale and other relevant information portraying to your request.

Requesting more information about the lots does not assume that you are committing to purchase this lot. This action is a request for additional information only.
